Hans Dunshee (D-Snohomish) discussed these projects and state spending in general.

It was great to see Mr. Guppy get to go one-on-one with an Olympia insider. I wish Mr. Guppy had made some better points and some more statistics. People need to understand that it starts with these smaller projects.
